    Playgroup NSW recommends Playgroups fill out this Excursion Notification form for any excursion or event undertaken by your Playgroup. 
    Excursions
    Playgroup NSW recommends Playgroups fill out this excursion notification form for any excursion your Playgroup undertakes. All Playgroup excursions require that a ratio of one (1) adult to five (5) children must be maintained, unless the excursion is in or near water (see below).
    Water Excursions
    Any Playgroup excursions involving swimming or activities that are in or near water such as a beach or visiting a park with a pond, require that a ratio of one (1) adult to one (1) child must always be maintained.
    Events
    Events run by your Playgroup that are considered outside of your normal Playgroup activity and you anticipate more than 500 attendees will require acceptance from the Insurer. You are required to submit an Event Questionnaire and Risk assessment to Playgroup NSW no less than 30 working days prior to the event. Event Questionnaires and Risk Assessment forms are available on Playgroup NSW website or can be requested from Playgroup NSW 1800 171 882 or admin@playgroupnsw.org.au
